Was in London for 3 days and ate in 5 different bar/restaurants, Texas Lone Star was one of them. I must say that the the Lone Star was by far the worst. My wife ordered the 'baby back ribs' and I ordered the 'rib and chicken marriage'. The ribs in both meals were overcooked(almost to the point of being burnt), there was very little meat on the bones but a clear abundance of fat. The chicken(or substance with a slight taste of chicken) in my meal was about 4-6 millimetres thick with a cardboard effect, overcooked breadcrumb coating. The delivery of service was ok but we were never asked "How was your meal?". The ashtrays were changed on a regular basis(although no-one at our table smoked) and the cost of the meal was pretty moderate for London standards but this was obviously a reflection on the poor quality of food. Maybe the cook(don't think its fair to give the title chef) was having an off day but we surely won't be returning to find out. Avoid it if you can, there's many other decent eating houses in the same area.
